Sunrise’s Education and Training Program provides Peer University, which can provide the additional 20 hours of training needed to complete your Peer Support Certification. Currently, we do not have any TRACK A or TRACK B 50 hour trainings scheduled. We also have a robust roster of Community Trainings (see sidebar for more info)

Peer University
Sunrise’s Peer University is a free training designed to provide the additional 20 hours of training required for Peer Support Certification. Participants gain education, hands-on experience, and opportunities to develop a strong understanding of working as a Peer Support Specialist.
Community Trainings
Sunrise’s Community Trainings are offered to anyone who is interested in strengthening their trauma-informed skills with peers. Our team of professional trainers can come to your location or you and your team can come to our training facility.
These are offered on a sliding scale to businesses, non-profit organizations, faith communities and anyone interested in building their skills. Cost is not a barrier.
